Chattahoochee Oil Company, Inc.
We are a petroleum distributor operating in
Georgia and Alabama. The company was founded in 2000 as a subsidiary of
a convenience store company with roots dating back to 1925.
Chatt oil currently distributes Gasoline and Diesel fuel to 76
locations in Georgia and Alabama. These include marketing major branded
gasoline to 21 BP stations, 20 Shell stations, and 7 Marathon stations.
Chattahoochee distributes unbranded fuel to 29 dealer accounts which
include 1 liberty, 4 LoBucks, and 5 QuickServe locations. The company
owns the LoBucks and QuickStop trade names. Chattahoochee Oil owns the
petroleum inventories at 20 consignment locations with the dealer
operating the gasoline on the company's behalf. The company and its
affiliates own or have leasehold interest in a variety of outlets in
Georgia and Alabama which are leased to dealers.
Chattahoochee Oil has nine office employees. Among this group there are
persons who can speak or
understand a total of 10 languages.
