Mashud Reza – Chairman - Owner

Mashud has been in the convenience store business since 1984 where he started as a store manager and later was a district manager in Houston, Texas for the fourth largest convenience store chain nationally. In 1995 he became an owner operator of his first convenience store. In 2006 he was the owner and operator of 16 Montgomery, Alabama Convenience Stores with annual sales of $42 million. He partnered with Loring Perez in July 2006 to become an owner in Chattahoochee Oil Company, Inc. Mashud speaks English, Bengali, Urdu and Hindi. Mrs. Reza speaks Korean, Chinese, and Japanese.

Wayne Nacey – Controller

Wayne has been in the convenience store business since 1975 when he joined 7-Eleven after graduating from college with an accounting degree. He was most recently controller with Spectrum Stores before joining Chattahoochee Oil. He is a CPA licensed in the State of Texas. Wayne is responsible for all day to day operations in the office. Wayne is dedicated to growing the company and holding our integrity to the highest level.

Jean Wallis – Executive Assistant

Jean came to work for Loring as his assistant and right hand after she moved from Columbus, Ohio to Georgia and joined Spectrum Stores in 1996. Before moving to Georgia she was a church secretary and treasurer in Ohio for 11 years. Jean's other responsibilities include keeping all of the data and information current regarding all of our dealer locations for environmental records, insurance, contracts and correspondence. She is an organizing blessing to the company.

Gina Perez – Purchasing & Marketing

Gina recently joined day to day operations functioning as buyer for the company. Her work and exposure to the business for over 21 years has given her hands on experience including working day to day inside a convenience store, specializing in Customer Service training, buying, sales, public relations, implementation of computer systems and programs. She possesses numerous management skills having managed retail stores during the last 25 years and great strengths in marketing after working as market director for a builder in the real estate market and recruiter for a college. Gina enjoys working with our dealers, vendors and carrier to help all to prosper.

Diana Adamson – Wholesale/Gasoline Accounting

Diana joined Chattahoochee Oil with hands on experience in day to day operations of a convenience store after running her father's store for years. In 2001, Diana joined Spectrum Stores in stores accounting as a clerk. Her hard work and dedication made her the natural choice to lead the wholesale accounting department for Chattahoochee Oil after the sale of Spectrum. She handles wholesale dealers and gasoline vendors including, invoicing, billing, payables and receiving on a daily basis. Her ability to cross train and help others shows what a valuable asset she is to our company.

Binod Parajuli – Dealer Operations

Binod joined Chattahoochee Oil in August 2006 after completing his Master's Degree in Business Administration and Bachelors in Accounting. Binod speaks 4 languages, English, Hindi, Nepali and Thai and manages the day to day Dealer and Brand Compliance operations. He develops, promotes, and maintains the company's brand image to increase company awareness and overall brand equity.

Priti Parajuli - Consignment Dealer Operations

Priti joined Chattahoochee Oil in September 2007 after completion of her Master's degree in Business Administration and Bachelors in Finance. Priti speaks 3 languages, English, Hindi, and Nepali making her the perfect choice to manage consignment accounts. She handles daily sales entry, price notification, competitive fuel surveys and prepares the financial analysis for all dealers on a quarterly basis.

Sara Bauer – Administrative Assistant

Sara joined Chattahoochee Oil in April 2009.  Before joining the team she worked 2 years in customer service for the carpet industry. Prior to this Sara also worked with our team at Spectrum Stores as the receptionist and assistant to our human resources department.  Sara’s new responsibilities include assisting Jean day to day and serving as the executive assistant in Jeans absence. Other responsibilities are assisting our buyer/ marketer and backing up the accounting department. Sara brings humor and joy to the office and is a dedicated member of our team.
